We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government agency.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use this Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction.
